Great for digestive system
I bought the unpuff patches for bloating. I have bad water retention too. I've been using it daily for about 5wks and I think it helped with the bloating a little bit. Really works!!!
Amazing! I suffer with IBS. My main triggers are onions and garlic. Well I've only been using this patch for 3 days and noticed a massive difference! I haven't been bloated at all or had any flare ups (I've been eating my trigger foods). One evening I had a slight stomach ache so I quickly put a patch on and it calmed right down.

Giving it longer but seems ok!
I struggle a lot with bloating, especially in the evening. There are certain foods that really cause me problems, and with no gallbladder either I can really struggle. I'm on day 4 and using them daily and I'm not sure if it's in my head, but I do feel and see a slight difference. I'm going to keep going.
